"Together We Will-Hudson", is a community wide web site that brings together the youth of Hudson for the purpose of giving back to those less fortunate. TWW teaches responsibility through volunteering and fund raising. The common bond between these youth volunteers is a signed contract, promising to adhere to standards that will guide these young men and women into adolesence. Students wearing the bracelet will be recognized in the community as students who care, and are held to a higher standard. In addition once they are wearing the band, other members will recognize them and make sure they are adhering to the policies on their signed contract.
Funds raised through "T.W.W.", will be distributed to 3 projects. This years projects are outdoor basketball courts on Veterans Way,The Children of Ubumi orphanage, and in addition each group will be allowed to chose their own charity or cause if they have a special project they are working on. In the future we hope to build more outdoor facilities for the community!

Last years funds were sent to Clearwood Jr. High School, (Slidell Louisiana), an area devastated by Hurricane Katrina. The students in Hudson earned the money by doing jobs at home to earn money to buy the t-shirts, the contribution was very much appreciated.

I got the package you sent, and would like to express my sincere appreciation to the both of you, your teams and your whole community for the help and support that you have shown the Clearwood football team. It meant a lot to myself and my team, and I can't help but think that it had a big part in our 7-1 season. I know the both of you are very busy with your business ventures, however I hope you can find time to continue working with the kids, because I can tell that you really love it and that your players learn a lot from you......not only on the football field, but more importantly in the game of life. Its been a pleasure keeping in touch with you both this season, and hope that we can do it again next year. Again, thanks for everything.

P.S. - Just a note to let you know how we will be able to improve our program with your donation. First, I really wanted to purchase a tackling dummy.....the kind that you take to the ground, and then they pop back up (to stress tackling fundamentals), however they were not in the football budget as they cost about $900.00. Well, I went on the internet and found the very one we were looking for at a half off closeout, so we are going to be able to purchase it for $450.00 and with the funds that are left, we are going to purchase a video camcorder to tape some practices and games in order for the players to watch themselves and actually see the mistakes they are making. (I think this will be an invaluable coaching tool). Thanks again for everything.....One more thing, please e-mail me back with your sizes again, as we are getting some shirts made to celebrate this season and would like you both to have one, as I have grown to consider you both as part of our team.
